Patrick Graham is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team, having worked previously in Franklins’ Private Client department. Patrick studied at the University of East Anglia, completing both his LLB law degree and his Masters. Patrick joined the firm in October 2023 and supports our solicitors in ensuring real estate transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. 

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

• Supporting commercial property transactions across the board 
• Reporting on contract and lease documentation 
• Liaising with clients, counterparties and agents
• Administrative assistance including post-completion support
