Nishant is a Dispute Resolution and Litigation Paralegal with experience across a wide range of contentious probate, debt recovery, land and property disputes, defamation and commercial litigation. He manages his own caseload and supports fee earners throughout all stages of the litigation process. He has supported fee earners in drafting key litigation documents, including instructions and briefs to counsel, expert instructions and hearing bundles and works closely with fee earners and clients to ensure matters progress efficiently and in compliance with procedural requirements. Nishant holds an LLB (First Class Honours) and an LLM in Legal Practice (LPC) with Distinction. 

Outside of work, Nishant is an avid reader with a particular interest in literary realism, has a black belt in a Korean martial art known as Tang Soo Do, and is an accomplished performer of Indian music, having performed on national and international stages. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
