Natasha is an Associate Partner within our Private Client team at Franklins Solicitors. Natasha joined Franklins in June 2015 after attaining a first class degree in Law and completing her Legal Practice Course at BPP, Cambridge. Natasha joined as a Paralegal and went on to complete her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor into the Private Client team in March 2018 and was promoted to Associate Partner in June 2022. Natasha advises her clients on a wide range of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Power of Attorneys and Administration of Estates. Natasha deals with a range of wide clients, differing in complexity and requirements. Natasha believes that being compassionate and approachable are crucial within this area of law, and always strives to provide clients with reassurance that they’re in safe hands, being provided with a friendly but professional and efficient service. 

Specialist areas include: 

• Wills and Estate Planning;
• Trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries;
• Trusts for tax planning purposes;
• Lasting Powers of Attorney – for individual and business needs;
• Estate Administration; and
• Court of Protection Applications. 

Natasha has completed her STEP Qualification and is a full STEP member, a mark of excellence for solicitors bestowed by The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and enjoys taking long walks with her two miniature Dachshunds, Logan and Noodle.
