Charlotte completed her undergraduate law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2023, she then returned to the University to complete the Legal Practice Course. She completed the course in the summer of 2024 also gaining a Masters qualification. Charlotte is aspiring to qualify as a solicitor.

Charlotte joined the Firm in October 2024 as a Paralegal in the Employment Team and has since started her training contract with us.

Working alongside our Head of Employment, Sara Marshall, Charlotte deals with a variety of employment matters, including:

• Negotiating Settlement Agreements on behalf of both employee and employers
• Liaising with clients, employers and contacts, such as the court, and other solicitors
• Assisting with the management of redundancies
• Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence
• Handling confidential client information
• Dealing with client and employer enquiries

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her friends, exploring the world, and walking her dogs!
