Candice Spencer is a solicitor in the New Homes/Residential property team at Franklins Solicitors.  

Candice initially joined the firm many years ago and qualified as a solicitor in 2004.  After a very lengthy maternity leave (some 16 years!), Candice returned to the firm in 2022.

Candice has experience in dealing with a range of residential property matters but focuses mainly on new build transactions and their related sales.

Outside of work Candice enjoys spending time with her family and spectating at her children’s many sporting events!

• New Build Purchases of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties and their related sales.
• Residential sales and purchases – both freehold and leasehold
• Remortgages and transfer of Equity
