Zoe Hale

Zoe studied a Bachelor of Arts in English and History at Nottingham Trent University between 2018 and 2021 where she gained First Class Joint Honours. Zoe has gone onto complete a law conversion course and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School obtaining a Distinction. Zoe specialised in Commercial Property, Commercial Law and Civil Litigation as well as focusing on “A Critical Analysis of the Welfare Principle: Reform or Reinterpretation?”

In the Commercial Property Department, Zoe deals with a range of areas which include:

  • Drafting fee estimates to potential clients.
  • File creation.
  • Complying with money laundering and compliance regulations.
  • Drafting and submitting applications to the Land Registry for Transfers, Transfer of Parts, Leases etc. This extends to complying with requisitions raised within a sufficient time manner.
  • Ordering searches for residential and commercial properties as well as applying for indemnity insurance policies.
  • Preparing and completing files for exchange and completion.
  • Answering internal and external calls to assist with colleagues and clients.
  • Assisting with Legal Research in relation to a variety of issues.
  • Drafting legal documentation such as Leases, Rent Deposit Deeds, Transfers, Licences.
  • Reporting to clients on legal documentation and the result of the client’s searches as well as reporting on enquiries.
  • Preparing letters to inform clients of exchange and completion.

Outside of work, Zoe loves to travel the world to experience different cultures, a bit of retail therapy and attending concerts of her favourite artists.
